I think the loss of our Free Safety really hurt our young corners, there was no trust back there, and in this defense you allready ask alot of the corners, but adding a new safety then a rookie safety just killed them. This year they will all work together in camp, and Smith is the perfect guy for them, he will take the pressure off and you will see one of the best secondaries in the NFL this season. Although I do not expect it to be one of the best in the league, just much improved over last year. For me I would look at strengthening the Linebacker core or adding an OL before taking a CB..
